Wishdoctor
Wishdoctor is a high energy band from Denver, Colorado. There are currently 3 members in Wishdoctor: Matt Wheatley, Mike Wygant and Brian Mesa who has returned to Wishdoctor after more than a two year absence, Brian has been playing with Guild of Ages and has finally found his way home to the Wishdoctor Family. Welcome home Brian. Mike Wygant is the newest addition to Wishdoctor. Stu Lipa left the band to pursue other interest. We wish him the best of luck.
Brian’s return comes with the loss of long time Wishdoctor guitarist Alex Quintana who passed away last July 2003. My sympathies for Toni and his family. He will be surely missed.
Fall of 1998, WishDoctor signed a record deal with NEH Records. This was done with the help of manager Bobby Barth (not to be confused with BARF!) WishDoctor hit the studios soon after, and recorded their first CD “WISHDOCTOR”, which was produced by the band, and their manager as well.
“Stick To Your Guns” That is a saying that WishDoctor is totally dedicated to as far as music playing goes (now hopefully nobody will be bringing actual guns to WD shows!). It sure seems that hard rock with a melody line (and you cant forget the Jager, and Beam to!) seems to work awesome for this rockin’ band, Wishdoctor.
I want to congratulate the band for their CD going Zinc. If they sell 2 more CD’s it goes Chrome. Keep up the great work guys.
