Not twins, but brothers just the same Justin and Christianan Webb son of famous tunesmith Jimmy Webb. Coming out of Chicago in a band called Mercybeat the brothers soon changed the band’s name to The Webb Brothers. “That is just how people knew us” explains Christiaan. Their new album MAROON while never veering too far from the classicist spirit of the early-70s West Coast pop music which inspired it, their panoramic psychedelia stands out a uncompromisingly modern. MAROON is a soundtrack for out post-millennial hangover.
