Saved By Hero
“Although young bands are sometimes looked down upon because of music
and lyrics not being “mature” enough, SavedByHero has broken the mold.
Only seniors in high school they channel their youthful energies, to
put on a killer, in your face, live show. Since forming in September
of 2003, SavedByHero has become one of the greater acts in the Denver
Metro area. With vocals and guitar from Bryce Carpenter and Adan
Maldonado, bass from Jerrod Fassler, and drums from Tim Gaskins,
SavedByHero showcases their talents with over 25 original songs. They
recently recorded a five song E.P. entitled Swimming Is Overrated
(Released on March 5th, 2005), which has a variety of musical
influences. The band takes great pride in their constant self
promotion and work ethic, making their own websites, and spending
countless hours online promoting their music. When not playing shows,
they are out at other shows promoting themselves with stickers,
flyers, and CD’s. Based out of Erie Colorado, they have played over 50
shows in their career. SavedByHero has grown a large local fan base,
ranging all over the state of Colorado. Through Myspace.com they have
grown a superb fan base all over the United States, Canada, United
Kingdom, and Australia. They plan on touring this summer, starting off
in surrounding states, and eventually making it to the east and west
