Nickelback
Vancouver’s Nickelback consists of vocalist/guitarist Chad Kroeger, guitarist/vocalist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger and drummer Ryan Vikedal. The group formed in 1996 and soon after released the seven-song demo Hesher, which they supported with consistent gigs throughout and more involved recording sessions for their second album The State which the band released on their own label in 1999. The album was released in the US on Roadrunner Records at the beginning of 2000.
