Hands Like Guns

Hands Like Guns formed as Letters From August in September of 2003, When Kyrt Ellis and Austin Beadles met Troy Petersen in thier Theatre 2 class. Right away Kyrt Ellis, and Troy Petersen, had a magical musical connection. Now all they needed was the rest of a band. They Got guitar player A, and Bass player B, to join the band (not mentioning names to avoid lawsuits). Wrote a few songs then just kinda slowed down on the playing of the music. Then in early 2004, Kyrt Ellis met up with Derek Hall. Then they also found bass player c, And invited them over to create musical fusion. So they did. And man did they ever. And then out of nowhere a little bird came and told the singer (Austin Beadles) to have a sudden and unnecessary change in taste, and not want to make that kind of music anymore. So Letters From August was No More. But Then, In November of 2004 a bright light shone through everyones window, and told all five of the (un)Original Members, Austin Beadles, Kyrt Ellis, Derek Hall, Troy Petersen, and bass player c, to start making music again, so they did, but there were a few technical difficulties, with bass player c’s microchip, so they had to find a new bass player. Thats when another light shone through (Don’t you think we should be blind by now) and said “MIKE DURAN IS ABLE TO PLAY BASS” and then it was, and here it is, and here it will always be, watch out in your town, watch out of your window, keep your eyes peeled for HANDS LIKE GUUUUUUUNS, da da da
