DJ Relm, born Michael Wong, grew up on the opposite side of the spectrum from his outspoken buddy DJ Streak. An introvert, Relm looked to his hands to do his talking. Featured in URB Magazine’s NEXT 100, he let the world know who’s boss when he snatched the 1999 International Turntablist Federation’s United States title with ease, while juggling a busy tour with Streak.
Relm has been featured in hundreds of publications including Rolling Stone, URB Magazine, The Source, XXL, XLR8R, The Village Voice, San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Examiner, and Hawaiian Sun Times.
