Come down to the Historic Bluebird Theater to see ’ DENVER ? ‘, a bizarre, twisted Feature Film, shot entirely in Denver. This film has been recently accepted at the Director’s View Film Festival in New York City, along with the Forest Grove International Film Festival in Oregon.
Jim Beam, DeKuyper, Red Bull, and Denver’s Bias Magazine will be attending this fun event on November 22nd. Prize giveaways, drink specials, and even free drink contests for all you service industry peeps! After the movie, the after-party will start…there will be a DJ along with clips shown from the classic Lamb TV, Volume 1. LAMB TV – a compilation of bizarre and hilarious shorts, will keep you laughing, crying, and shocked all the way untill 12:30AM. DENVER ? SYNOPSIS
’ Denver ? ’ is a three-day emotional whirlwind into the life of a college grad turned lunatic (West) and his oddly-discovered, mentally challenged friend (Art), trying to live out the harsh reality of the present times within society’s darkest side. Through “live” hidden cameras, subconscious thoughts, nightmares and unfortunate relationships, West and Art take you on an unforgettable cinematic voyage filled with love, trauma, humor, tranquility and chaos.
Furthermore, in order to be able to provide 2 distinctly different perspectives to the film, its storyline, characters, overall feel & symbolism, 2 fully-completed versions of ’ Denver ? ’ were produced (1 Color version and 1 Black & White version). The fact that 2 complete, distributable versions were actually produced, combined with the fact that the film seamlessly blends “real-life” cinema into a fictional storyline, makes ’ Denver ? ’ a rather unique feature comedy.
