When Cory was thirteen years old he realized that he had a passion for music. His father and near uncles’ background in the industry was the inspiration he needed to begin his journey in the world of music. He then began to learn a variety of instruments such as the acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, as well as learning the dynamics of the drum. Shortly there after he started performing in his home town of Rapid City, South Dakota. Hungry for something more Cory was soon introduced into the realm of electronic music.
Cory attended a house party where he played his first track in 2000, which started an addiction that still drives him today. His style is a mixture of progressive tribal funk, euphoric breakdowns and of course the relentless baselines of hard house. Beware, his presence is felt every time he steps up to the decks.
As one of the founders of Slip Disc Productions in Rapid City, Gould was responsible for all promotions, venues and outside events. Such an event as the Badlands Festival, a three day event catering to 3,000 people from all over the United States, Canada and Alaska. Opportunity knocked and Cory decided to relocate to Colorado, where he was introduced to the productions manager for Fevah Records in Denver, Parke Townes aka Nevin. After establishing this relationship and the amount of effort put into the first Fevah event in Colorado he was delegated promotions manager of Fevah in Denver.
