Not much is to be said about the past of Acheronian Dirge. Except that it walked a winding path since its inception, back in 1998. Through manly trials and tribulations such as line-up changes and taking a four year hiatus, we are back with the strongest line-up to date. Consisting of Clay (Thro Cult) on Lead/ Rhythm Guitar, David (Thro Cult) on Drums, Dave (Thro Cult) on Bass, Justin (ex-Preferred Member) on Lead/ Rhythm, and Zach on Vocals. Combining the elements of Black Metal and Doom to create eerie passage ways sometimes lingering on a nightmarish level, invoking dissonance hatred despair and the dark side of the human psychosis.
