Tickets can be purchased right here at www.gothictheatre.com! Just click on the “Tickets” button for the show you would like to see and follow the prompts.

You can also visit Ticketfly to purchase tickets as well.

Visa & Mastercard are accepted for online purchases.

Box Office

The Gothic Theatre’s Box Office is open any evening an event is scheduled, 30 minutes before door times. Purchase tickets for that night’s event and/or purchase tickets in advance for upcoming shows. We don’t have any service charges for cash payment; there is a $1/ticket service charge if you pay with a Visa or Mastercard.

Visa, Mastercard, or cash is accepted at the box office.

Age Restriction Policy

All Gothic Theatre events are 16+ unless noted otherwise on a specific event’s description. If you are under 16 years old you MUST be accompanied by your parent and/or legal guardian, not an older sibling, relative, or friend.

If you are of age but don’t have a driver’s license then please bring a form of identification with your birthdate and photo on it (or separate documents that have your birthdate and photo).

Security will not allow you to attend a Gothic event if you do not supply a valid photo ID or are not accompanied by your parent/legal guardian. Thanks for your cooperation with this policy.

General Policies

No cameras or photography unless specifically permitted by Gothic Theatre Management.

No refunds or exchanges on your tickets

No smoking in the venue. There is generally a designated for smokers right outside our lobby.

No stage diving. You will be required to leave if caught diving with no refund.

No outside food, drink, or bottles.

No defacing Gothic Theatre property. You will be required to leave for abusing the theatre or its property with no refund.

Absolutely no fighting or being rude to patrons/staff!

Refunds

All refunds must be requested from your point of purchase.

Gothic Theatre tickets, per the terms and conditions of purchase, does not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the event that the show is canceled or postponed. In the event of postponement or cancellation, the Gothic Theatre will attempt to contact you via the information you provided at your point of purchase.

Please note that if a refund is issued, you will not be refunded for service fees rendered at the point of purchase. You will receive a refund for the price of the ticket itself.
