Rachel Stamp were formed in 1995. The original line-up consisted of David Ryder-Prangley—vocals and bass, Will Crewdson—guitar, Jon Lee—drums, and Tim Lewis—keyboard. Tim and Jon left in May 1995 after their forth gig. Their new line-up consisted of David Ryder-Prangley—vocals and bass, Will Crewdson—guitar, Cliff Harris—drums, and Mike Rowe—keyboards. They released three singles, but their debut album was never released. Mike left after their contract with Warner’s ceased to exist. Shortly after Mike’s departure, Cliff followed. Robin Guy replaced Cliff, and shortly after, they toured LA. The band had no permanent keyboard player until early 1999 when Shaheena Dax joined to be Mike’s permanent replacement. Our dear Mr. Guy left the band on 23rd November 2002. He will be dearly missed but we all wish him good luck in his new career.
