Breaking & Entering has brought a new outlook to outlaw country and protest rock. By integrating honest rock and roll with purposeful jams and politically driven lyrics, Breaking & Entering has created its own sound that can be enjoyed by a variety of discerning listeners and age groups.
Since their inception in the summer of 2004, Denver’s Breaking & Entering have earned their stripes with performances ranging throughout the mountain region as well as shows in New York, Maryland, Oregon, and various other Midwestern cities, demonstrating the bands wide array of audiences and national appeal.
Reminiscent of both seventies rock and roll and the soul-shouters of the sixties, front man Sofer’s raspy, rugged voice complements the bands refined and purposeful approach to music—while their organized jams keep listeners on the edge of their seat.
