A Shoreline Dream

A Shoreline Dream started as a visual concept that could be translated into an audible source. An idea of something so emmensly endless and expansive, that it had no true definition. Something which could only be best described as layers of hopes and dreams. Dreams of a perfect future. One which could not be destroyed by the greed and corruption of a society fighting for fame and fortune in every which way it can.

The sound itself can be best described as symphonic layered dreamslides. Waves crashing repeatedly. . sending wakes of echoes far into the skies above. Encompanying this textural and emense soundtrack is a lyrical journey of a person looking for that one true dream. The dream of finding something beautiful. A life without the pain and suffering of the inner cities which have masked the true reason we are alive.

“A Shoreline Dream is a sonic upheaval of imaginations run rampant
through white soundscapes and crash cymbals.”
Tuyet Nguyen – Westword, May 10, 2006

“Gleaming tides from Ride’s Nowhere echo into mysterious Icelandic lands of Sigur Ros”
Kim Owens – Kaffeine Buzz, May 2006

cacheflowe

”... [CacheFlowe] wears his breakbeat pedigree on his sleeve, navigating between funky stammers and epileplic stumbles with a beautiful disregard for delicacy. Like a doped-up Prefuse 73, sick of computer burps, or a safer Squarepusher with less quirk and more urban sass ….”
XLR8R (May 2006)
